It was pretty special to be at Keukenhof, the tulip gardens in the Netherlands. It was coming to the end of the season but you'll never guess from these photos. The sun and the flowers made for a great start to my three day weekend.
The tour took 5 hrs. That may sound excessive, but the gardens are so big and with so many photo opps it was just about right. This of course includes an obligatory cat nap on the grass.
